Banana bread is one of those recipes that has your home smelling delightful. This easy recipe is healthier and sure to be a favorite, even with the kids. You don’t have to mention it is packed with healthy goodness!
This month’s kitchen hack:
Banana Bread Recipe – In this version, I use coconut sugar, and healthy flour options to make it a bit friendlier on your gut. I hope you will find it to be as delicious as we do at our home.
Depending on your oven and pan, the cooking time may vary. Plan on at least 45 minutes to 1 hour, in the oven.
Another great kitchen hack I use is this:
When baking, stick a knife or toothpick in the center of the bread or cake. If it comes out clean, your baked good is finished cooking. If it comes out with moistened ingredients, its not quite finished.
Whether you eating it fresh out of the oven or a few days old, it is as tasty the first time as it is when you are eating the very last piece. Packed with healthier flour options, it is better for you than an all white flour and granulated white sugar option.
Give it a try and let me know your thoughts.
