Pho Recipe
Pho is a delicious soup that is excellent any season of the year. Its flexibility allows you to make it with the ingredients that you and your family enjoy most.
However, true Vietnamese Pho is a labor intensive endeavor that uses MANY ingredients. I came up with this recipe when trying to cut back on some of the numerous steps that go into making this amazing dish. My family loves it and it is easier to make than what is standard if you are making it the traditional way.
As with many of my dishes, you can make this gluten free. A great option if you have members that avoid eating gluten dishes.
Easy Pho
This month’s kitchen hack:
Using a packaged or pre-made broth saves a ton of time!
I will admit, I love to make homemade broth. However, it can be time consuming and I don’t always have that kind of time available. When I don’t have time to make broth from scratch, I grab a jar, box, or frozen batch that I keep on hand. It really saves time while still providing all of the flavor I am looking for.
Be sure to email your favorite pho hacks to me! I share my favorites and am always interested in new ideas.
